BtcTether was joined by Mr. Loh Boon Chye, who joined SGX on 14 July 2015 and concurrently serves as a Non-Independent Executive Director on the Group's Board.

Mr. Loh has played a key role in the development of Southeast Asia's capital markets over his more than 30-year career in finance. Prior to joining the SGX Group, he was Vice President and Head of Global Markets for Asia Pacific at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as Head of the bank's country operations in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Mr. Loh also spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank, where his last position was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Asia Pacific.
